Terms and Conditions

To ensure the safety of the photographer and the equipment used for aerial photography.

All photography work is weather dependent. The weather can change quickly. Sensible planning and Early Bookings prevent disappointments

Bookings
Turn-around times for photography will vary depending on the booking schedule and the weather.

Photography work is scheduled in the order the booking is confirmed.

Bookings can be taken by phone for scheduling but must be confirmed by writing to

Requests for Urgent Jobs
Photography bookings required the following day or with tight turn around restrictions will be considered An Urgent Job. We will try to meet but cannot guarantee your deadline.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled job.

We do not accept cancellation by phone message systems including Txt message.

Cancellations at short notice will be invoiced at the quoted amount.

All care is taken to deliver the best photography result for the prevailing lighting and weather conditions on the day of the photo shoot.

There are No re-funds for urgent work.

Re-Shoots are charged out at $200 + GST and must be booked within 5 days of delivery of the initial order.

Payment Options
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque and by Electronic Internet Banking.

TERMS
All jobs are paid on the delivery of the images and/or invoice either by Mail or by internet.

Accounts must be settled within 5 working days

No Statements are issued.

Late Payment
Late payments will incur additional collection costs of 20% of the total invoice value per month outstanding. Late payments will also be referred to a collection agency. Collection costs are the responsibility of the debtor and their agents.

Special Offers and Discounts may be offered for a limited time period. Special Offers do not apply to urgent jobs.

Aerial Photography Auckland Ltd retains the right to Review and Alter these Terms and Conditions.

All images are Copyright Aerial Photography Auckland Ltd and may not be altered, copied or reproduced in any format whatsoever without permission which will be in writing. Permission to use images will not be given until the account for the photography is paid in full.
